Judith Flaxman, Ph.D., Director

Judith Flaxman, Ph.D., Director, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has over twenty years of experience providing treatment to individuals, as well as teaching and training graduate students.

She is a professor at the Chicago Campus of Argosy University, where she teaches courses in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), health psychology, and cognitive behavior therapy.

Dr. Flaxman uses cognitive-behavioral treatment for individuals with anxiety, depression and interpersonal problems. She also specializes in the treatment of sleep disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She is a certified EMDR practitioner, consultant and instructor. She has been using EMDR to treat clients since 1991.
